You are legally permitted to purchase or possess firearms, ammunition, or firearm components under all applicable federal, state, and local laws;
4.1.3
You are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other applicable law (including but not limited to convicted felons, individuals subject to domestic violence restraining orders, unlawful users of controlled substances, or persons adjudicated as mentally defective);
4.1.4
You will comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of any products purchased through this Website;
4.1.5
You will not use the Website or any products obtained through the Website for any unlawful purpose.
4.2.
The Website may be accessed internationally; however, all sales of firearms, ammunition, and firearm components are limited to U.S. residents only. By placing an order, you represent that you are a legal resident of the United States and that any firearm purchased will be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder within the United States.
4.3.
You acknowledge that certain products may have additional age restrictions beyond 18 years (such as 21 years for handguns) depending on the item and jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for knowing and complying with these requirements.
4.4.
We reserve the right to verify your age, identity, and eligibility through additional means at our discretion, including but not limited to requesting government-issued identification or other documentation. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information about your identity, age, and legal status when prompted by the Website.
4.5.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the sale would violate any applicable law or these Terms of Use.
5.0. COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS
5.1.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to know, understand, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, ownership, possession, and use of any products offered on this Website, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, and firearm components.
5.2.
By using this Website and purchasing any products, you represent and warrant that:
5.2.1
You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the items ordered under all applicable laws;
5.2.2
You are not prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other applicable law;
5.2.3
You have verified that the products may be legally owned, possessed, and used in your jurisdiction;
5.2.4
You will not use any products purchased through this Website for any unlawful purpose;
5.2.5
You will comply with all applicable background check requirements and other legal procedures required for the purchase of firearms or ammunition in your jurisdiction;
5.2.6
The information you provide during the ordering process is complete and accurate.
5.3.
We will not ship firearms, ammunition, or firearm components to jurisdictions where such shipments are prohibited by law. Specifically:
5.3.1
We will not ship ammunition to California, New York, New Jersey, or Illinois;
5.3.2
Firearms will only be shipped to states where ownership of the particular firearm is legal;
5.3.3
We will not ship any item to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Connecticut, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.
5.3.4
No international sales are permitted. All sales are limited to U.S. residents only.
5.4.
All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. You are responsible for:
5.4.1
Providing accurate FFL information for your order;
5.4.2
Completing any required background checks or other legal requirements through the receiving FFL;
5.4.3
Paying any associated FFL transfer fees.
5.4.4
We reserve the right to verify the validity of any FFL before processing a firearm order.
5.5.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any order if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the sale or shipment would violate any applicable law or these Terms of Use, or if we cannot verify required information.
5.6.
You acknowledge that we may report any suspicious or potentially illegal activity to law enforcement authorities as required by law or at our discretion.
5.7.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by your failure to comply with legal requirements or for providing incomplete or inaccurate information.
6.0. VERIFICATION & FULFILLMENT
6.1.
By placing an order through this Website, you certify that:
6.1.1
You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use.
6.1.2
You are of the minimum age required by applicable federal, state, and local laws for the specific product being purchased (18 years for long guns and firearm components, 21 years for handguns where applicable);
6.1.3
You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring the specific product being purchased, including that you are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other applicable law;
6.1.4
By purchasing any product, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws;
6.1.5
You will not sell or gift any purchased product to any minor in violation of any local, state, or federal laws;
6.1.6
All information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
6.2.
For firearm purchases:
6.2.1
You must email a copy of the receiving Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder’s license to ffl@trailheadprecision.com after placing your order;
6.2.2
We will verify the receiving FFL’s license before processing the order;
6.2.3
The firearm will only be shipped after we have received and verified a copy of the receiving FFL’s license;
6.2.4
You are responsible for completing any required background checks or other legal requirements through the receiving FFL.
6.3.
Shipping Restrictions:
6.3.1
Firearms and ammunition will only be shipped to states where ownership is legal;
6.3.2
No international shipments are permitted for any products.
6.4.
We reserve the right to:
6.4.1
Cancel or delay any order if we suspect the purchaser is a prohibited person, underage, or intends to use the product unlawfully;
6.4.2
Cancel any firearm order if valid FFL documentation is not received within a reasonable time;
6.4.3
Request additional verification of identity, age, or eligibility at our discretion;
6.4.4
Refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms of Use or applicable laws.
6.5.
You acknowledge that:
6.5.1
We may report suspicious activity to law enforcement authorities as required by law or at our discretion;
6.5.2
We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to comply with verification requirements;
6.5.3
All sales are final for firearms and ammunition as described in Clause 19 (Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations);
6.5.4
Providing false information may result in cancellation of your order and reporting to law enforcement.
7.0. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1.
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7.2.
These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
9.0. PROHIBITED USES
9.1.
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:
9.1.1
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
9.1.2

If you believe that any User Contributions violate your copyright, please email us at support@trailheadprecision.com. It is the policy of the Company to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers.

Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm sales;
17.2.3
Processing transactions and fulfilling orders;

For firearm purchases, you understand and agree that we may collect and retain:
17.3.1
Your personal identification information;
17.3.2
Information about the firearm being purchased;
17.3.3
The Federal Firearms License (FFL) information of the receiving dealer;
17.3.4
Other information required by law for firearm transaction records.
17.4.
You consent to our collection, use, retention, and sharing of this information with FFL holders and law enforcement or regulatory authorities as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by applicable laws and regulations.
18.0. ONLINE PURCHASES AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
18.1.
All purchases through our site or other transactions for the sale of goods, services, or information carried out through the Website, or resulting from visits made by you, are governed by these Terms of Use.
18.2.
Additional terms and conditions may also apply to specific portions, services, or features of the Website. All such additional terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by this reference into these Terms of Use.
18.3.
By making purchases through the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
18.3.1
All firearm purchases must comply with Clause 6 (Verification & Fulfillment);
18.3.2
All product restrictions set forth in Clause 5 (Compliance with Federal, State, and Local Laws) apply;
18.3.3
Your eligibility to purchase is subject to verification under Clause 4 (Eligibility to Use the Site).
18.4.
We reserve the right to:
18.4.1
Refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason;
18.4.2
Require additional verification information prior to processing any order;
18.4.3
Modify or discontinue any product or service offering.
18.5.
All purchases are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. The inclusion of any products or services on the Website does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available.
19.0. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
19.1.
Due to federal regulations and safety concerns, all sales of firearms and ammunition are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for firearms or ammunition under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
19.2.
For other products (excluding firearms and ammunition):
19.2.1
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all included contents. Items returned in used condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee;
19.2.2
You must contact customer service at returns@trailheadprecision.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number;
19.2.3
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product;
19.2.4
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees.
19.3.
For defective or incorrect items:
19.3.1
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue;
19.3.2
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items;
19.3.3
Upon verification, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
19.4.
Special Considerations for Firearm Parts:
19.4.1
Certain firearm components may be subject to additional return restrictions due to safety or legal concerns;
19.4.2
Modified or installed parts are not eligible for return;
19.4.3
All returned firearm parts must be in original, resalable condition.
19.5.
Cancellation Policy:
19.5.1
You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placement for non-firearm items, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping;
19.5.2
Firearm orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except at our sole discretion;
19.5.3
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inability to verify customer information, or compliance concerns.
19.6.
We reserve the right to:
19.6.1
Refuse any return that does not comply with this policy;
19.6.2
Charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for returns of non-defective items;
19.6.3
Withhold refunds for items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
19.7.
Rental items are subject to separate return policies as outlined in Clause 20 (Rental Terms for Firearm Parts).
20.0. RENTAL TERMS FOR FIREARM PARTS
20.1.
Certain firearm parts may be available for rental through the Website. By renting any firearm part, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
20.2.
Eligibility and Verification:
20.2.1
You must be at least 18/21 years of age to rent any firearm part, as applicable local, state, or federal law requires;
20.2.2
You must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID that matches your customer information prior to rental;
20.2.3
You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to possess firearm components under all applicable federal, state, and local laws;

Rental Period:
20.3.1
The rental period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the carrier or when the part is picked up in-store;
20.3.2
You must select a specific rental period through the Website;
20.3.3
The part must be returned by the end of the agreed rental period.
20.4.
Condition and Use:
20.4.1
You agree not to modify, alter, or tamper with any rented firearm part;
20.4.2
Normal wear and tear from proper use is expected and acceptable;
20.4.3
You assume all risk and responsibility for proper installation, safe and lawful use of the rented part;
20.4.4
You agree to use the rented part only for lawful purposes.
20.5.
Returns:
20.5.1
For shipped rentals, you must use the provided prepaid return shipping label;
20.5.2
The part must be returned in its original packaging with all included components;
20.5.3
You are responsible for ensuring the part is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping;
20.5.4
In-store rentals must be returned to the same location.
20.6.
Fees and Penalties:
20.6.1
A deposit will be held for all rental orders;
20.6.2
Late fees will apply for parts returned after the agreed rental period;
20.6.3
If a part is returned in an unusable or broken state, you will be charged a penalty fee up to the full retail value of the part;
20.6.4
Failure to return a rented part will result in you being charged the full retail price of the item.
20.7.
Liability:
20.7.1
You assume all risk and liability associated with the use of rented firearm parts;
20.7.2
We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of rented parts;
20.7.3
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of rented parts.
20.8.
Cancellation:
20.8.1
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any rental at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or violation of these terms;
20.8.2
If we cancel a rental order, we will provide a prorated refund of any unused rental fees, minus actual costs incurred.
21.0. LINKING TO THE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA FEATURES
