We’re happy to accept FFL transfers for our customers. Simply fill out the form below to get started. After you’ve submitted the form, we’ll reach out to your shipping dealer to take care of the details. We’ll call or email you when your firearm has arrived and it’s time to begin the transfer.

A Few Things to Know About FFL Transfers in Colorado
Before completing an FFL transfer in Colorado, here are a few important state laws to keep in mind:
Magazine Limits (C.R.S. 18-12-302(1))
Magazines holding more than 15 rounds for rifles or handguns aren’t allowed. For shotguns, tube magazines can’t hold more than 28 inches of shells, and box magazines are limited to 8 rounds of shotshells.Occupation Requirement (C.R.S. 18-12-402)
When buying or receiving a firearm, you’re legally required to provide your occupation to the dealer.Age Restriction (C.R.S. 18-12-112.5(1)(a.5))
You must be 21 or older to purchase a firearm in Colorado.72-Hour Waiting Period (C.R.S. 18-12-115(1))
A 72-hour waiting period applies to all firearm purchases. This starts when we submit your background check to CBI. If approval takes longer, the wait may be extended.
Note: This waiting period doesn’t apply to qualifying law enforcement purchases with an approved letter.
