If you’re renting gear from us for the first time, you’ll need to upload a copy or picture of your ID. We use this to make sure we know who we’re shipping our gear to. We will never share or sell this information to 3rd parties. It is for our internal records only.

Why do we ask for your ID?

  • We ask for your ID for fraud prevention, and to prevent theft of our gear.
  • We use the copy of your ID to make sure it matches the name and the address on the order placed.
  •  If you do not wish to provide a copy of your ID, you may contact us to enquire about alternative options, however please note that we cannot guarantee fulfillment of your order without it.
